We inspect first. If a repair is the technically right solution, we’ll present that option. We never recommend a replacement automatically.
How much will it cost?
It depends on the cause, the extent of the damage, access, materials and the condition of the roof system. After the inspection we give you a clear scope and price.
How long will the work take?
Many repairs are done in a single day. A typical residential roof replacement takes about 1 to 3 days of production, depending on size, complexity, materials and weather.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Massachusetts HIC #218666 and CSL #122816, with the insurance coverage that applies to our services.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes. We offer a written workmanship warranty based on the service, plus manufacturer warranties when applicable. The specific terms are written into your contract.
What happens if you find something else after the work starts?
We document the condition, explain what changed and discuss any change with you before we move forward. That’s part of the Andrade Standard: No Surprises.
Can you just repair the problem instead of replacing everything?
Yes, when a repair is technically appropriate. We fix what makes sense to fix and replace when replacement makes sense.
