Why does my roof only leak sometimes?
Some leaks only show up with wind-driven rain, heavy snowmelt or ice dams. Tell us when you notice it; that helps us find where the water gets in.
Do I need a new roof if it leaks?
Not necessarily. Many leaks come from flashing, a vent boot or a small area of shingles. If a repair solves it, a repair is what we recommend.
